  1. How do I transfer my prescriptions to your pharmacy?

  6. I have Secondary Insurance, how will you get that information?
  7. We can pull secondary insurance information at the same time we pull your primary insurance. Let us know and we can make sure to apply it with your prescriptions. 
  8. I use a coupon card for my medication(s), how will you get that information?
  9. We work with your old pharmacy or the manufacturer to get that card information and apply it to the medication(s). 
  10. Can I refill my prescription online or through an app?
  11. Absolutely. Refilling your prescriptions online can be done through our patient portal accessible via our website. You can also use our app to submit refill requests even when the pharmacy is closed! 
  12. How long does it take to fill a prescription?
  13. Our goal is for you to not have to wait on a prescription. However, prescription wait times can vary depending on a multitude of different factors. We do our best to have your scripts filled ASAP. If there is an urgent prescription fill that you need do not hesitate to reach out and let us know. If possible, we can expedite it and have it done for you sooner. 
  14. What should I do if I run out of refills / Can you contact my doctor for a prescription refill?
  15. To prevent gaps in therapy. Please let us know before you are out of medications. We can reach out to your provider and send a refill request to your doctor. 
  16. Do you offer automatic prescription refills?
  17. We sure do. Let us know what your would like on automatic refill and after your first fill we can have it automatically filled! 

Insurance and Payment Questions

  1. Do you accept my insurance?
  2. We take most major insurances. Feel free to call or message us to confirm. We can even do a free insurance analysis and check to see what your prescriptions would cost you to fill here. 
  3. What if my insurance doesn’t cover my medication?
  4. We can use our CostPlus program. Our CostPlus program is our cash savings program that charges you the cost of the medication + a small dispensing fee. 
  5. Do you offer any discounts or loyalty programs?
  6. We do not offer any discounts or loyalty program. We work really hard with our suppliers to provide you with competitive pricing that saves our customers $$$. We do from time to time have promotional coupons. 
  7. Can I use a manufacturer coupon card with my insurance?
  8. Absolutely! If you have that card we can apply it. If not then we can work with your old pharmacy to get that coupon information or directly with the manufacturer to apply the coupon card. 

Medication Questions

  1. Can I get a generic version of my medication?
  2. Yes! If there is a generic available we can fill the medication for the generic. 
  3. What should I do if I experience side effects from my medication?
  4. Some side effects may be normal with certain medications. If you are experiencing what you believe is an abnormal side effect you may be experiencing an Adverse Reaction (ADRs). ADRs are effects of the medication that should not or we do not want to occur. To check to see if that is the case give us a call or scan the QR code on the top of the prescription label on your vial to learn more about your specific medication. 
  5. How should I store my medication?
  6. The best way to store your medication is in a cool dry place away from heat and humidity. Keep your medications OUT OF your bathroom and away from direct sunlight. Some medications may need be refrigerated. Ask your pharmacist or your doctor if you are unsure. 
  7. Can you help me understand my medication instructions?

  4. YES -- We do Covid, Shingles, Flu and more! 
  5. Do you offer medication counseling or reviews?
  6. YES -- Our pharmacists love reviewing medications regimens to help identify gaps in therapy, medications overlaps, potential supplemental needs, and more. 
  7. Can you help me manage multiple medications?

  9. Do you offer compounding services?
  10. We do not offer compounding services on-site. We have a pharmacy we partner with, Lombard Pharmacy, who can handle all your compounding needs.Then get it shipped to your house or back to us in Gilman.
