To access the Gilman Pharmacy Patient Portal using your web browser, visit https://gilman.drxrefill.com/app/home and click the two horizontal lines (called a "hamburger menu") in the righthand corner to sign in or create an account.

Mobile Options

You can access the Gilman Patient Portal using your mobile device, and even bookmark it to your device’s home screen (just like an app!) – so you don’t have to sign in every time. Follow the instructions below for Apple and Android devices.

Android Devices

On Android devices (using Google Chrome), you will be prompted to add the portal to your home screen. Once accepted, the portal will now appear on your mobile home screen with the rest of your apps – look for the Gilman Pharmacy logo.

Apple Devices

On Apple devices, open the link above in the Safari browser and then click the “Share” icon (a box with an arrow pointing up) on the bottom of your screen.

Scroll down until you see “Add to Home Screen.” Click it. The portal will now appear on your mobile home screen with the rest of your apps – look for the Gilman Pharmacy logo.
